All day class not work for your schedule?

Sign up with another school and we will reimburse you for the class in your first deal.

Albert Dweck is the founder and CEO of Duke Properties, an investment management company. Albert’s responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, which include planning, acquisition, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance. 

Since founding Duke in 2001, he has been the managing principal of over 50 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States.

Kurt Brungardt

Kurt Brungardt is a founder and the Chief Operating Officer for Central Shore Holdings, where he is responsible for business operations, organizational design and building processes, teams and technology to support its continued rapid growth.  Kurt played a key role in helping the company build up a 190+ single family home portfolio over 4 years.

Prior to Central Shore Holdings, Kurt served as the Chief Information Officer and a Managing Director for 15 years at MSD Capital, L.P., the New York-based private investment firm managing Michael Dell and his family’s fortune. During this time, Kurt worked with both investment and operations teams to enable MSD Capital’s growth to $15 billion in assets under management. Dell acquired three strategic technology companies as a result of Kurt’s recommendations to Michael Dell.

What does it take to get your license?

4 easy steps to get licensed

Pre-License Education

First, you must be at least 18-years-old and a high school graduate (or equivalent). Then you can register for and complete a 75-hour prelicensure course at a licensed school.

Pass the NJ Exam

Schedule your New Jersey real estate exam and pay the fee.*

Take the exam within one year of completing your coursework. Get your score immediately to see if you pass.

Fingerprints + Background Check

Get your fingerprints scanned after passing.

Your background check helps NJ Real Estate Commission determine the basis of your character.*

Submit Application & Join KeyVest

All New Jersey realtors must work under a sponsoring broker who are required to sign your real estate licensing application.

As soon as you complete your fingerprints and background check, we will sign your licensing application for submittal.*

*KeyVest will not cover the fees for the NJ Real Estate exam, fingerprints, background checks, and state licensing.
